Help! I cannot purchase/download because I need/have an active subscription?

To avoid the problem of duplicate purchases, our system will stop you from buying a product again if you already have it in your account. If you're seeing a message that says you can't order because you have an active subscription or already have it in your account, all you need to do is log into your account to download.
