If you are selling to your customer as a digital product, your customer can choose to print it themselves and that would naturally be in loose leaf form where they can add their own information and write their answers for the exercises and questions.
They can also choose to open the PDF file you sell to them on their computer or mobile device to write their answers in digitally.
